Unity Waves - Synth Resources Feature Pages

These resource pages contain a collection of links, detailed photos, and summaries of our experience working on specific vintage synths. We have assembled this information as a helpful reference for those wanting to maintain, modify, and repair their classic synthesizers. Please be advised that we are professional musicians and not professional electricians! We have no formal electronics training. The usual disclaimer applies here: Unity Waves are not responsible for any damage you inflict on yourself or your synthesizer. Never work on a synth when it is plugged into live voltages unless you are 100% sure of all of the parameters involved. Some synthesizers have capacitors that may store an electrical charge even when unplugged, so be careful and proceed accordingly.

Through our experiences working on these instruments, we have encountered many basic, inexpensive tools that can save a lot of time and frustration. Check out these invaluable tools by clicking on the "Tools" icon below.
